Getting started with AI Hero.
Learn how to create agents and use voice to organize your life.
1. Sign up
AI Hero uses passwordless authentication—no passwords to remember or forget. Just your email and a one-time code.

- Go to hiro.aihero.studio
- Enter your email address
- Click "Send a One-time Password (OTP)"
- Check your email for a 6-digit code
- Enter the code to access your account
2. Create your first agent
After logging in, you'll see your home dashboard. This is where you create and access your agents. Each agent is specialized for a specific task—groceries, todos, journaling, and more.
To create an agent:
- Click the + New Agent button on your home dashboard
- Choose an agent type (e.g., Grocery, Todos, Journal)
- Give it a name that makes sense to you (e.g., "Weekly Groceries")
- Optionally add details to help the agent understand your preferences
- Click Create
Available agents:
- Grocery — Build your shopping list by voice while cooking or walking
- Todos — Capture tasks the moment they occur to you
- Weather — Check conditions before heading out
- Goals — Track habits and intentions over time
3. Using voice (push-to-talk)
Voice is where AI Hero shines. Instead of typing, just hold the microphone button and speak. Your agent understands natural language and takes action immediately.

How push-to-talk works:
- Open any agent by clicking on it from your home dashboard
- Look for the microphone button in the bottom right corner
- Press and hold the microphone button
- Speak naturally—tell the agent what you want
- Release the button when done speaking
- The agent processes your request and responds
Example voice commands:
- "Add milk and eggs to my grocery list"
- "Remind me to call Mom this weekend"
- "What's on my grocery list?"
- "Mark the milk as purchased"
- "What's the weather like today?"
- "Did I complete my morning workout goal?"
Tips for voice input:
- Speak naturally— You don't need special commands. Talk like you're telling a friend.
- Be specific when needed— "Add 2 pounds of chicken breast" works better than just "add chicken"
- Use it hands-free — Perfect while cooking, walking, or when your phone should stay in your pocket
- Works in any environment — The voice recognition handles background noise well
4. Using text input
If you prefer typing or are in a quiet environment, you can also interact with your agents via text.
- Click the text input field at the bottom of the agent screen
- Type your request naturally
- Press Enter or click Send
Both voice and text use the same natural language understanding—use whichever fits your moment.
5. How your app is organized
Every AI Hero app is shaped to fit how the work actually runs. One of three structures:
- Project-based — time-bounded work units with their own members, data, agents, and lifecycle. A campaign, a case, a deal, a release.
- Space-centered — long-lived containers for a team, topic, or area of operation. A desk, a department, a recurring process.
- Hybrid — projects living inside spaces, when the workflow needs both standing context and bounded work.
