SOLUTION
Designed in a week, shipped from day one, hosted in a VPC dedicated to you, operated as a subscription.
A one-page system design within a week of the first call.
Working software from day one. Not a pilot, not a deck.
Hosted in a VPC dedicated to you, with SOC 2 best practices applied. Enterprise SLAs.
Continuously improved and run by us. Priced as a subscription.
WHAT BESPOKE SaaS MEANS
Custom usually means a long build and a maintenance burden you keep forever; generic SaaS is fast but rigid. Bespoke SaaS is both — software shaped to your problem, hosted and operated and improved by us, on a subscription. You bring the problem; we are the team that builds it and keeps it running.
SIDE BY SIDE
Custom builds are as old as consulting — and they break on day two, when the software has to be run, patched, and changed. Off-the-shelf SaaS is cheap but generic; you adapt your process to it. Bespoke SaaS keeps the fit of custom and the economics of SaaS: built around your workflow, run by us.
FROM OUR DESIGN SPRINTS
Design prototypes from our sprints — explorations of AI-native software built around what agents can do, not a chatbot bolted on. A few below; browse them all, each an interactive prototype you can open.

Every bespoke build sits on the same foundation — identity, access control, audit, monitoring, deployment automation. We don’t rebuild it per engagement or bill you to. It comes from a shared set of production services we own and maintain, so your software starts on hardened ground from day one and your team’s budget goes to the part that’s genuinely yours.
Our identity service, included with every build. OAuth 2.1 + OIDC, multi-tenant, zone-locked sessions — identity for your teams and their agents. It backs the access control and audit trail you get on day one.

TRUST & CONTINUITY
AI Hero is built to host the system, not hand off a codebase. If future transition matters, we define the continuity plan up front: data exports, runbooks, and workflow documentation, so your team can take over operations.
Every customer deployment runs in its own VPC, provisioned at onboarding and destroyed at offboarding, inside our SOC 2 Type 2 certified cloud on AWS. Each deployment has a dedicated network boundary, a pinned region, its own audit trail, and ships with SOC 2 best practices applied. HIPAA and GDPR postures are available on request.
We pick the model that fits the task. The system is model-portable by design, so changes in model capability, cost, or procurement do not force a redesign of the operator workflow.
The first step is a workflow conversation. If there is a fit, AI Hero returns a one-page design within a week. The first production slice ships in weeks, not quarters; depth depends on systems and compliance boundary.
A subscription tied to the scope of the system we build, deploy, and host. No timesheets, no per-feature change orders. The roadmap is managed through monthly operating reviews — prioritized by usage, risk, and the workflow we learn from production.
You do. Your business data, exports, reports, and the full audit trail belong to you and are exportable at any time, under any scenario. Continuity planning — runbooks and workflow documentation — is defined up front so operations can transition if ever needed.
Send us a paragraph. We'll send back a one-page design within a week.
