AI Hero is built to host the system, not hand off a codebase. If future transition matters, we define the continuity plan up front: data exports, runbooks, and workflow documentation, so your team can take over operations.

Where does our deployment run?

Every customer deployment runs in its own VPC, provisioned at onboarding and destroyed at offboarding, inside our SOC 2 Type 2 certified cloud on AWS. Each deployment has a dedicated network boundary, a pinned region, its own audit trail, and ships with SOC 2 best practices applied. HIPAA and GDPR postures are available on request.

What model providers do you use?

We pick the model that fits the task. The system is model-portable by design, so changes in model capability, cost, or procurement do not force a redesign of the operator workflow.

How fast can we start?

The first step is a workflow conversation. If there is a fit, AI Hero returns a one-page design within a week. The first production slice ships in weeks, not quarters; depth depends on systems and compliance boundary.

What is the commercial shape?

A subscription tied to the scope of the system we build, deploy, and host. No timesheets, no per-feature change orders. The roadmap is managed through monthly operating reviews — prioritized by usage, risk, and the workflow we learn from production.

Who owns our data?

You do. Your business data, exports, reports, and the full audit trail belong to you and are exportable at any time, under any scenario. Continuity planning — runbooks and workflow documentation — is defined up front so operations can transition if ever needed.
