Hiro is the surface that fixes that — designed around how a human actually picks up an agent in the middle of a workflow, not around a chat metaphor.

The Hiro client is a thin shell; the orchestration runs on AI Hero's infrastructure, with identity via Auth. The voice layer is a streaming pipeline that keeps latency inside conversational limits.
